Morgan County has been chosen to host The Wall That Heals traveling Vietnam wall in 2024. The wall will be displayed at the Morgan County Fairgrounds. It will arrive on August 13 and be set up on August 14. The exhibit will officially open on the morning of Thursday, August 15, and will remain open 24 hours a day through Sunday afternoon August 18. This is the only site in Indiana where the public may visit the wall in Indiana in 2024. This is truly a community project which will involve people, businesses, and organizations from all over the area. The project will require monetary, in kind as well as various physical commitments from the community to accomplish this.
